Horus Tours started with one counter, a phone line, and a handful of families who trusted us with their first Umrah. Most of them are still with us, and many of their children book their own trips here now.
Since 2009 we have booked pilgrims, honeymoons, school groups, and business trips out of the same office. That range teaches you which hotel is quiet in August and which airline handles a missed connection properly.
The booking is the easy part. What matters is the message at midnight when a gate changes, and someone from Horus picking up and sorting it out before it becomes your problem.
Long standing agreements with airlines, hotel groups, and licensed ground operators in Egypt and Saudi Arabia mean better rates for you and a real person to call when something needs fixing on the ground.

+20 11 4170 0097For Hajj, start at least six to eight months ahead. Quotas and the visa timeline leave very little room for late applications. Umrah is far more flexible and can often be arranged within two to three weeks, although Ramadan fills early and prices rise sharply once the last ten nights approach.
